Our 15-day self-paced online program was designed for total beginners — especially if working out feels intimidating or you’ve tried before and found it hard to stick with.

Each day takes you step-by-step through short, easy-to-follow recorded workout videos you can do anytime, anywhere — no live classes, no pressure, and no fancy equipment required.

 

The first five days also include quick 1–2 minute motivation videos to help you shift your mindset, stay encouraged, and start believing in your ability to follow through.

This is about consistency, not perfection — helping you build strength, confidence, and momentum without going too hard and burning out.

 

When you’re ready, it’s also a great stepping stone into our live Zoom workouts, but for now, this is your space to start moving and feel good doing it.
