What platform do you use for the workouts?

You don't have to leave the house! We workout LIVE on Zoom where we can see our members clearly to give personal feedback and guidance and our members can see the instructor clearly and follow along with the workout.

 

Are the workouts beginner friendly?

Yes! We can absolutely get you moving with the right exercises to help you feel stronger!

 

What equipment do I need?

We recommend a light set of weights (1-5 lbs) and a heavier set of weights (8-15 lbs), and a mat.

 

What kind of space do I need to workout?

Most people workout in their living room or bedroom! You just need a small space where you can take a few steps in each direction.
